In CRM solutions, we show 'Deleted agent' in filters/article list page/article details page when the article's author has been deleted. In CRM context, agents are refered as 'Users'. Hence, need to change the term accodingly.


Note - Say, we change the term to 'Deleted user'. It scales for CRM. But when we plug CMS to Freshdesk, we might have to change again since in Freshdesk, user refers to Contact. We might need to come up with generic term else handle this in frontend based on product.
