Currently logged in user must NOT be shown in Reviewers list in 'Send for review' modal[even if the current user has 'Approve article' privilege]. This is not working currently in CMS.
In Freshdesk, the API call fetches the currently logged in user also in the response. Looks like in UI, we do the handling and exclude the currently logged in user's name alone from the Reviewers list. Reference below,

Note - Assuming once the above issue is resolved, we will start showing 'No reviewers in your account. Contact your administrator.' in no reviewers case.
